For those of you who have known me for a long time, you're aware I have two Corgis-and now just one. Unfortunately, Cosmo died last week after a battle with hermangiosarcoma. He'd always been a sick little puppy mill dog, yet somehow managed to survive, grow up in many wrestling locker rooms, make all the guys jealous due to the sheer amount of photo shoots he sat in on and give kisses for eleven years. A friend sent me his MySpace page the other day. Yep, Cosmojito had a page and probably more followers than my boobs. Thank you to all who loved him.

Clueless for Your S.O. this Holiday? I had a boyfriend who bought me candles for Christmas. Normally, this would be a fantastic idea, except for one tiny detail: I MAKE CANDLES FOR A LIVING.

Yeah. He was a fucking idiot. It was our first Christmas together and he handed this present to me as if it was handpicked by the savior himself. I thanked him, but was unbelievably confused. How on Earth could he be so daft? Needless to say, we aren't together any longer. It wasn't that I was ungrateful. It was that I didn't want more "material"…let alone stuff I already had and made myself.

It's not difficult to treat your significant other well. My first suggestion would be "an experience". Stuff is stuff. Unless you really want or need something, sometimes it just ends up as clutter. Going somewhere or doing something together can be an amazing gift. Groupon has a lot of options.

If tangible is the preference, then here's the secret: pay fucking attention and make notes. Instead of getting her a gift card for a massage, listen to where she likes to go and get her a day pass to the spa she likes. Is her favorite perfume stocked? Check and see. If not, replenish. Is there something that might make her life a little easier? I'd also suggest gifts being something she wants rather than something she needs. She's probably dropping hints, so listen. For many of us, showing that you've paid attention and gotten something that's "truly us" matters more than spending a shitload of money. We like to know you care…that you hear, see and GET us. If all else fails, here's your backup to tuck inside a card: make a coupon for one night of anything she wants in the bedroom and be sure to include words like "blindfold", "massage", "pull your hair", "a good spanking" and "endless kissing all over". Trust m e. Winning. Just make sure you back that shit up.

I'm using it as an author & artist page. I love creating. However painting, cosplay, photography and writing takes up a ton of time, so it's fantastic that sites like Patreon give us an opportunity to have supporters and share our stuff with the world.
