Let's talk cache. This site caches like crazy to ensure lightning fast loading speed – which is great – but it can also mean you're not seeing any NEW updates if you haven't cleared your own cache history in a few days. We're trying to figure out a happy medium, but in the meantime, please be aware of this and clear, clear, clear. (Never a bad idea for getting rid of the evidence making your device run faster.) Also, if you quit your membership, I'm like herpes. I never quite go away. You'll simply get downgraded to a free membership and will have access to free updates. (I like your company. You smell nice.) Speaking of access, I added some hot, new goodies! -POV Bound and gagged video: I greet you at the door…you're such a helpful neighbor! I can't thank you enough. Are you sure there isn't SOMETHING you'd like in return? -Fan Q&A video: This is from a while back. You sent questions, I answered. Wanna do that again? Email me! -Make Your Damn Bed video! Long awaited rematch between Miss Rachel and I in a hotel where we are roommates. She is an unbearable slob, which will not be tolerated – and WILL be punished! - I also added a new blog written from a female wrestler's perspective for both my FREE and paid Members: Netflix Gets GLOW Right -A Day in the Life gallery is up, which is an exclusive collection of uncensored daily shots from around the house, studying, on the road, at the gym, without makeup, getting ready for shoots, with friends and more. This is posted for FREE and paid members as well. -More galleries are up and in queue, both brand new and classic throwback favorites. Check out Dreaming Of You, a brand new fitness photo set in nothing but black lingerie, sheer thigh-high stockings and stilettos. Click here for instant gratification! www.AprilHunter.com
We make time to do anything that's important. Sure, gyms can be pricey and going outside may not be an option right now. It's so cold, I saw chickens lined up around KFC waiting their turn in the deep fryer. However, you don't always have to hit 30-45 minutes of cardio on a machine for results. Move more throughout the day as a whole. Can you manage 10-15 minutes of walking/steps/anything 3 times a day? It adds up, so make it part of your routine. We are a culture that sits. Not good. HiiT workouts are fabulous too. Google them. 15-20 mins of high intensity and you're done.
Here is another reality: 70-80% of what you look like is your diet. "You are what you eat" isn't an empty saying and it's something you can control no matter what. The word "diet" isn't something you're "on". How you eat is a lifestyle choice and not everyone responds to the same things. (This is why holier than thou vegans piss me off. Not everyone can or should go without meat.) Some do well being vegetarians or Paleo eaters. You have to find what works for you, but most of all, you have to be HONEST with yourself and accountable. That's a biggie. The best way to do that is by marking a day on your calendar every month and taking photos and measurements. Writing everything down in a food diary gives you a better idea of what you're eating, when, how much, and how often. I never suggest the Garden of Eden approach. "You can eat this …but NEVER THAT." When you tell people they can't have something, it's all they think about. "Don't think about the pink elephant." You're thinking about a pink elephant, right? It's human nature. When it comes to food, if you want something, eat it…just eat less. If you have a problem with control, buy the small sizes. Yeah, they cost more up front, but a fat gut costs more on the back end, so pay the extra dollar. Trust me.
Here are a few more basic tips: -Don't fast food. In the time it takes to do a Drive Thru, you can fix a quick stir fry or gorgeous omelet. -3500 calories = 1 LB. If you cut drinks with calories, you could feasibly drop a pound a week doing nothing if you're taking in 500 cals a day, 7 days a week. -Cut back on portion size and use smaller plates. -Read labels. Learn what you're putting in your body. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean it's good. You may pay less up front with low quality franken-food, but you'll pay in the end. If you can't go ALL organic, I would HIGHLY suggest going free-range and organic on eggs and dairy, always. Also, watch your soy, corn and high fructose corn syrup intake. They are often labeled under many other names to throw us off and we aren't supposed to be eating that stuff. Corporations have gotten super slick about poisoning us. But we are the only healthcare in the world that's For Profit and our food industry and healthcare industry are hand-in-hand. FYI: Our foods are banned from other countries as toxic. And our healthcare is one of our biggest contributors to the GDP. Disease – something truly Made In America. Opt the fuck out. -Eat less, but eat more OFTEN. 4-6 times a day. BBQ chicken and avocado. Scrambled eggs w cheese and half an apple sprinkled w chili powder. Greek yogurt with honey, fruit, cinnamon and a handful of nutty granola. Tossed greens with quickly blackened shrimp, red onion and chopped mango. Eggplant sautéed in olive oil and layered with tomato, mozzarella and basil, topped with balsamic vinegar. Cheeseburger without the bun. Bacon, egg, cheese and avocado layered on an open piece of gluten free rye toast. Tacos. Tacos always work. Just make them smarter. -When at a restaurant, bring about half home for another meal. Tell them NOT to bring fries or bread, because…let's face it…that shit is delish and it's where we all blow it. If they do, here's a model trick for ya: dump a fuckton of salt all over it to "ruin" it. -If you're hungry before bed, eat. That rule about not eating before bed is bullshit. I've done it all my life. But you have to stick to proteins. A shake, yogurt, cottage cheese, jerky, nuts. -Cut back on "whites". Breads, flours, white rice, sugar, pasta, noodles, potatoes, etc. They generally turn to sugars. Look for more quality carbs or use good fats instead of carbs. -Slow cookers can be a great friend. Check out allrecipes.com for some cool stuff in general. I'm so stupidly busy with school and work, I find myself playing Chopped: "Crap…I have a frozen chicken breast, some saltines and half a bag of dried apples". Type that in and boom. A recipe comes up. It's awesome. Its little tweaks here and there that add up, and once you get into the habit, you'll hit cruise control and continue to get healthier and more lean every week. If you decide you will, then it will happen. "Do or do not. There is no try." – Yoda. Random stuff: I received a couple of things with no sender note from my Amazon wishlist.
